Daily Station check via Internet (M-F only), Reprogramming of
scenes (upon request), Software upgrades, Direction of hardware
repair via telephone with local personel if necessary, Report
(HTML Page) Modification and reprogramming when needed/requested.
Extended Warranty Monthly Hardware Guarantee for repair
or replacement Includes: Rapid repair for broken equipment
by swapping out the part(s) in question. On site personnel are
required to facilitate equipment swapping and for checking up
on the telephone line. Advance replacement unit shipped within
1 working day.
Extended Warranty Package for Remote Systems: Includes
all of the options above. *Does not include Travel Expenses
